It always gets me when I'm Huntress and find a Survivor instead of hatchets in my lockers.
The other one that got me good was when I was on Legion, post hatch close against a Bill on Gas Haven. I knew he was around me somewhere because whispers... but I wasn't expecting him to be camping the pallet I aimlessly walked through... not gonna lie that pallet stun startled me.

When I went to pick up a survivor and heard, "Click, click"

One time a Claudette dropped on me while I was in The Game (map), gave me a heart attack, and I was a Myers lol. Messaged her after and she said she got scared too.

Getting pallet stunned while I didn't know there was a survivor....

Why most of the guys get scared of the survivors instead of the killer?
But my biggest jumpscare was when a survivor used head on on a random locker where i just walked by
I didnt expect this.

Quite recently I jumped because a Deathslinger was shooting the guy next to me on the Gen. His "awesome" Terror Radius made that.
The most scary moment was probably against old Prayer Beads Spirit. I saw a Teammate go down instantly, since I did not hear any Chainsaw, I thought it was a Huntress with Iri Head. I went for the Save and suddenly the Spirit jumped into my face. Took me like 5 minutes or so to get my heart to stop bumping.
(The only good thing about Prayer Beads Spirit...)

Not a jump scare per se but probably 1st game vs scratched mirror Myers wasn't even an indoor map, but I had no idea about scratched mirror at the time. It was one of the MacMillan maps, I was a complete potato running at the edge of the map, he was in the distance heading my way and no matter how I tried to juke him using los blockers, he knew where I was like an unstoppable evil force and it was only a matter of time before the inevitable.

I remember a while back I was the final survivor vs Ghost Face, and I was sneaking around a shed and Ghost Face at the same time came the other way. We both surpeised each other and both jumped back, before normality resumed and I eventually died. The Ghost Face said they were probably more surprised than I!
But in general, the scariest (in terms of being surprised) would be the silent Myers, a Hag trap or the first time I faced the Demogorgan.

Walking through a random pallet around the map, a wild Meghead appears and slams a pallet on my head. I think it made me jump mostly because I had no idea any survivors were even around, I wasn't even looking for one.

Due to the rift challenge where you have to grab 2 survivors off gens while using discord in one match, I went up against a Myers in The Game who permanently stayed at T1. Nothing scares you quite like turning the corner and running right into a man in a hospital gown and a halloween mask. Did I say nothing? I forgot about the part where he did in fact grab me off a gen without warning. Real horror movie moment. Nice guy though.

Probably when I faced a Trapper using Dark Devotion. I had no idea he was using it so didn’t see the point in looking around whilst I was on a generator. He snuck behind me and grabbed me off and it made me jump so bad.

I played with the name "Don't mori me Myers" in the fall 2018. The killer was Myers with a hidden offering. He waited until other survivor unhooked me. He down me on the ground and ... stood motionless. He just stood and looked at me, maybe 40 seconds. It was very scary cuz no one else has done this before.
PS: After that he began the mori animation and disconnected :'(

Getting obliterated by a Hillbilly that came flying off the combine harvester in Coldwind...it was at that moment I discovered he could fly, but had to put my controller down for a second, eat my burrito and reflect on what just happened

Not only was this a scary moment but it showed me an amazing fun gimmick build too.
I was using a medkit against a Leatherface who brought in Franklins.
Leatherface hits me (I drop my medkit) and I break chase. After a few moments I go back to my medkit and as I'm picking it up I hear the rev of the chainsaw and see him standing in the corner.
Leatherface was using Insidious to camp dropped items to get scares on people coming back for them. It was a brilliant idea and got me good.

I was playing the Silent Hill map and me and my teammates could not repair a single generator for like 10 minutes, but the killer wasn't that good either if I must say so. After 10 minutes or so we finally managed to repair 1 generator, and then 2, and so on until it only was 1 left. By the time my teammates had already died and I knew that it would be impossible for me to find the hatch since I'm new to the map. I kinda don't like it in my opinion due to the lack of space, which would also make it hard to find the last generator to repair. I kept running around and finally found it, I repaired it and ran to the exit gate to open. But once I was almost done, like 1 point milliseconds from success. The killer was right behind, it was a Huntress and she threw her hatchet right at me. Not only did I paniced, but I also died.. :(
