Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

"Also, everything is political because a certain group wants everything to be political, so they can then complain about "politics" they don't like (for example, treating human beings with decency regardless of skin tone, sex, or sexual orientation) being "shoved down [their] throats". Identity politics at its finest, where the mere mention of a character being LGBT is seen as a political statement as opposed to being no different from mentioning that Kate plays guitar."

Very well said. Recently an acquaintance of mine was complaining that Mortal Kombat was "getting a bit too PC." How, you might ask? By adding too many female characters that contribute to the games' plot. 🤦

Exactly. They play up identity politics so people react to women, minorities, etc., in any setting as being "political" or "PC" or "SJW" automatically. And those things have a negative connotation in their brains, so they react negatively. It's Pavlovian training.

Woah now... adding blm and lgbt "cosmetics" are political statements. Not everyone agrees with these extreme ideas and ideals and adding things that represent and support them to a product that doesnt need to discuss them makes it a political statement.

Would you purchase them ? Would the money support organizations. If free Or would they virtue signal for profits they kept? donating to charity are all just ways to advertise and bring brand awareness places do it all the time, is that what the game really needs ?

And I'm against adding politics to dbd. If the devs hold ideas that's perfectly fine they are people they can. But this is a game a product I don't want it here.

Not even gonna more mention that I very much disagree with the specific ones you listed for many reasons unless you wanna discuss why.

What's extreme about people's lives being important? I don't see how that's political in the slightest, but maybe you can enlighten me. Furthermore, maybe you can enlighten me why you disagree that black people's lives matter.
