[PC] calm spirit and iron will bug

so i am using calm spirit, iron will, tenacity and sprint burst and i am still making noise when i am on ground. is this a bug? i believe you shouldnt be able to hear yourself when you are in dying state.

There is no perk that can silenced you once on dying state :(
