There should be a secondary objective that allows survivors to kill the killer.

No. If you want a realistic way survivors could fight back against the killer in DBD then stuff like team interactables that have to be charged up with a certain number of people-like an electric fence that needs generator parts to be fixed- or working together to push a massive amount of heavy cars or something onto them could work. As long as they require risk, exposure and have limited or very specific-make it or break it- shots.
but only after a radical redesign of how gen rushing works, maps, differing of pallet density with weaker interactables, introducing of dead end in some cases. More hiding places and enviromental hazards depending on the level.
There should be a secondary objective though.

Infact, I checked Lastyear vs DBD game play before buying one of them, and Im here in this forum.
What pulled me away from Last year is 5v1 where survivors able to build so many weapons that killer barely able to do anything (I dont watch many games, but all of them are the same), beside that spawning mechanic in horror isnt fun, I prefer that once you die, its over. Lastyear is just 5v1 shooter that of course that 1 guy seems dont have a chance.
Currently Im killer main, but I started the game as survivor main.

Lmao im no game designer and its unhealthy for you to think everyone ought to be one.

You don't need to be a game designer in order for you to have some idea of how you wish to accomplish the goal. Lots of people here have reasonably detailed descriptions of their ideas for how to balance the game or implement some new hypothetical idea, regardless of whether they're good or bad ideas.

To be fair, F13: The Game died because of legal reasons that were completely out of its control.
