unbreakable totem on lery's

I was trying to do a survivor challenge (escape with all totems cleansed) but a couldn't interact with it
i found it twice in Lery's memorial institute on pc and last week on ps4

Found the same totem and couldn't cleanse it either. The totem turned out to be Noed aswell which is just ######### amazing.
Behaviour please dont update stuff without making sure these kinda things never happen because this is indeed a pretty god job making a totem uncleansable
