Rank update error

in Bug Reporting

Hi guys, today my games got a "rank update error" after i finish a match so i can't see my score and my rank didn't up.. i don't know if it's really not up or because the error that cause my rank didn't up.. i played pretty good in that game so i thought my rank should be up at least 1 stripe.. please help, thanks
