Make Deerstalker Base Kit until Sound Bug is Fixed
Love getting hate messages for slugging when I cannot find them to hook them.
"Just don't slug"
"Why are you slugging"
Sometimes killers have to slug (Decisive Strike exists).
Sometimes the killer downs a survivor and sees another injured/exposed survivor nearby (or has Infectious Fright equipped).
This is not a discussion for the morales around slugging. It's about a bug that is out of the player's hands, has a detriment to the core game, and can be fixed with a band-aid until it's fixed for good.
Imagine if their was a Terror Radius sound bug where sometimes it cannot be heard at all... Wouldn't you want Stake Out or Diversion to be base kit to "detect" the Terror Radius until they got a fix for it?

add on top of the sound bug the downed survivor little teleport bug, in a game where every second matters...

The sound bug goes beyond just downed survivors. I've noticed that it can sometimes occur to injured survivors that are not even running iron will. And even times when they do have iron will but you have stridor. Some healthy survivors occasionally don't even make breathing noises. Certain maps have terribly low sounds on certain surfaces when survivors are running on them. Sounds in the game in general are just a mess.
But as for making Deerstalker base, I would say it is a good idea as long as it's a very short radius. It could have some potential abuse in slugging that the devs might want to avoid. Maybe like a base 8m of deerstalker or something to help with the issue, but to not the full tier 3 of the perk.

The teleporting is driving me nuts! I spent a good 10+ seconds looking for a survivor in tall grass the other day because they couldn't just be where I downed them, oh no, I look down and the ground is annoyingly body-free.
