Mori at Exit Gate Clips Killer Through Fog Door

I was attempting to get mori kills for an objective and I downed a survivor infront of the fog. They had started crawling past the fog line but the option to mori was still available, so I mori'd them. I was clipped past the fog door and couldn't leave. After the game ended the survivor got rewarded for escaping, and I got rewarded for mori'ing them. Is this a common bug?
