Legion vault getting stuck

i don’t think there is a certain map or anything that this happens on I think it’s totally random but I was on crotus prenn vaulting through and asylum window and I got stuck at the end of the fall out of the window. Maybe the legion vaulting then falling makes you get stuck but this was at the beginning of the match and I wasn’t going to sit there and wait so I disconnected. On Xbox one by the way.
