Deliverance not usable while in The Executioner's cage

I dont know if this was intended or not but Deliverance is not able to be used after being sent to The Executioners cage. Also, I may be wrong but the skill checks in the cage seem to be impossible to hit. The platform is Xbox.

Well I guess they are treated as different hook types entirely, makes sense but kinda sucks. Can't do dailys that involve hooking or unhooking if you use the cage. Probably can't use any perks that involve hooks as well.

It is intended. No perk that involves getting hooked or unhooked activates on the cage.

It's intentional. Perks that affect Hooks, both for Killers and Survivors, do not affect Cages.

This is intentional. You can't escape a cage by yourself to begin with, so why should deliverance?
