Rites of Judgement should be a single hit

I DON'T LIKE HOW PYRAMID HEAD CAN MULTIHIT. I'll take a hit yea, but the dude gets a one two hit combo that punish saves like leatherface. Rites of Judgment should hit whoever is hit first by it.

If I bait unhook he still has enough time to get us both hit.

I don't have the problem with his ability, it just shouldn't hit TWO people at once, especially when it's a wave and whoever gets hit first should get hit.
