I love the new cages I don’t have cocky survivors running towards me after being uncaged
It just feels better honestly the survivors who are actually pretty good it shows and the bad ones..well they get killed lol loving it

Aye. Not to mention the satisfaction of interrupting a group of survivors and “banishing” one to the other side of the map.
This is what you get for sending us to Coldwind...

Is that because it's you who run directly toward them even before being uncaged?

Let's not pretend plenty of survivors will do anything possible to use their ds, including running at the killer after being unhooked and jumping in and out of lockers.

Yeah soo much fun on survivor side getting put into a cage and knowing the killer is tunneling you, cause you cant defend yourself. sigh.

I'd be fine with them not showing the killer the cage aura.

^ this.
Had a Pyramid camping me in the Cage on the new Map. He also spread his goo around it. I went into second stage, but even if not, I would either have to run over the goo and being caged again, or have to crouch to get hooked normally.
Not showing the Auras would prevent this and still keep the purpose of the Cages.

Pyramid spreading his goo everywhere. 😂 It sounds so funny.

I assume you quoted the wrong person, because nowhere I was pretending that.

It's a guaranteed free escape than if the killer can't see the cage at that point there's no point int it. I think it's still too early to tell how common the tactic will be tbh.

I had a match where survivors try to body block me to let their injured teammate to escape. But fortunately i downed him, and sent him to other site of the map :)
It was on red forest lol and it gives me 3 kills

If the Killer is worrying about a free escape, they can hook and have more control over it. The risk that the Cage is a free escape is always present. But on a Map like Coal Tower, if no Survivor is near the Cage, it is a guaranteed tunnel for Pyramid Head without risks.
Like I said in another Thread, I think hooks will be used more, but people who like to tunnel will have an easy time.

I was thinking the same thing,
"Who's camping cages, lol"

Most of you are acting like it's the easiest thing in the world to tunnel now with PH's power. It banishes you ACROSS the map. On the off chance that there isn't a Survivor already over then when it happens to do an immediate save, PH still has to walk over there which takes a lot of time. Especially on maps like Ormond or Red Woods. If no one has done anything to distract PH by that point, can you blame said Killer? Usually when I hook someone, I'll patrol 2-4 gens before circling back to see if anyone is coming to do a save. The same applies here. On my way to the banished Survivor, I'm walking past gens to see if there's any Survivors. If I don't see anyone, then I will logically assume they are going to save the caged survivor.

Ok lmao
So it just goes from being killer sided to survivor sided, but that's ok cuz survivor 🤣
Some people are too much. 😂
Usually you have some good sound arguements, but this is definitely not one of them.
I'm not sure if your upset about being camped or the fact he can tunnel without issue, but from what I can tell certain objects have a perimeter around them that the chalk lines can't be in.
His chalk lines are more often than not a waste of time to deploy. Cages are honestly a horrible use of his power. Its smarter to hook/slug like normal rather than cage since once everyone is tormented you have a easy 3 second Mori and a hook for later. Caging makes people lose torment when rescued which hinders him.
Logically if someone was gonna tunnel you it wouldn't matter if you were caged or not. Look at all the Pigs/Ghostface/Leatherface/Wraiths who do it. Making a guaranteed escape because one more killer can do it is ludacris and you know it. I'm all for it being delayed by a few seconds no more than 3 though. If it hurts the people who are play legitimately and using his power than your proposal is a terrible idea.
