Vanilla (our Hosting Company) will be carrying out maintenance on their servers between July 21st - August 22nd, this might result in some temporary instability on our forums. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Kill Switch update: We have temporarily disabled the Blood Rush perk while we work to fix a known issue affecting it.

In the meantime, the Last Stand and Streetwise perks have been re-enabled alongside fixes for their known issues.

Wasn’t Kate supposed to get new cosmetics with this update? Are they being released separately or just wasn’t added?

    they didn't add them cause it's not fit with the feel of the chapter, give it a week and then youll see some coming out
