I'm playing as Pyramid Head on the new map, the game crashes and I have a matchmaking ban cause your game crashed?!
Nice one... If this escalates to more matchmaking ban cause of crashes you're losing me DBD... And I have to say I own all the DLCs, a lot of skins, bla bla bla. You have my money... Can you please fix my game...? This is the first time anything like this happens to me in DBD, but I'm really mad cause I'm pretty sure the bans escalate depending on the number you have... And I HAVE NEVER DCed in my life...
Can you please erase this from my GT history? I'm mad... Sorry if I sound a bit rude or unpolite...

Do any of you know if the time ban gets bigger if the game crashes again?

The ban tome will increase due to multiple disconnects regardless if they're intentional or not. They reset every day.

Yes, the bans escalate, but the penalty resets after a while with no DCs (not sure how long).

You could instead pull up your crash logs and make a helpful post in determining what's wrong with the client/ask for trouble shooting steps. Nobody can fix 'My game crashed'. There's a billion reasons that could happen with all kinds of different people to blame for it. Maybe it's them. Maybe you were playing 30 copies of Skyrim in VR in the background and your GPU gave out. Come on now.
