Repressed Alliance vs Ruin?

If you block a gen with repressed alliance does perks like ruin and in the right situation PGTW still affect the progress? Genuinely do not know what would happen; I'd like to think the gen is immune from regressing at all but I'm not sure?

    Generators do not regress while blocked.

    All regression of any generator is paused while under the effects of perks such as Thrilling Tremors and Repressed Alliance.

    Generator regression is paused whenever the generator is blocked, so if you were to block it using Repressed Alliance, it would not regress for the next 30 seconds.

    I've actually encountered a scenario where a survivor was able to protect an almost complete gen from regressing as I chased her away from it.

    So yes the gen is immune from everything.
