What builds has everyone been using for Pyramid Head?

I've been getting great success with Ruin, Surveillance, BBQ, and I'm All Ears. I get lots of use out of BBQ cause I use Cages sparingly, Ruin and Surveillance provide both info and gen slowdown, and I'm All Ears works amazing with his power. I was also messing around with Nurse's Calling instead of I'm All Ears and got similarly good results.

I don't have many perks on him yet.

Right now I'm using: Nurse's, Surge, BBQ+Chili, and Save the Best for Last. Nurse's works really well.

    Hangmans trick.

    Make Your Choice.

    Insidous.

    Nurse Calling.

Trrick lets me get lane attacks at any potential sabotages. It also gives me a benefit to hook people it actually gives you a good bead as to where survivors are and aren't. It also lets me know if survivors are heading or waiting by a hook.

Insidous. This perk is normally worthless besides to camp on most killer but because PH is anti-loop you can actually stop and pretend to leave. Wait behind a wall-since these are the best defense a survivor has against PH they tend to run to high wall areas- and then strike when they come out of the safe area or continue the chase after they left a strong long.

Make your choice: Good synergy with hangsman trick. If people are already close or heading near it byp assing other hooks or in its radius you can chase them away-or bait a lane hook attack- if no one is around you will generally get away in time for it to activate.

Nurse Calling: it's just good for awareness and lane strikes.

I've had some good success with this build: BBQ, Ruin, Surveillance, Retribution

Ruin/Surveillance for the regression, since survivors tend to let go of gens and run when they hear PH's beefy 32m terror radius, and to know what gen they're working on. Retribution for when survivors try to find and destroy your Ruin, useful for finding survivors and getting M2 hits through walls. BBQ mostly for points but also to find the next survivors.

My perk build is: I can see you healed/healing

    Nurses calling

    Deathbound

    POP

    BBQ

BBQ and pop because pop is great at slowing the game down and I need bbp so bbq.

Nurses allows me to see survivors self caring or getting healed at a close range so sometimes I can hit tem with my power through walls when they dont expect it

People who heal outside this radius will be affected by deathbound

I've been running thana, ruin, surveillance, and whispers

Im considering swapping thana for something, though, because i don't think caged friends count for it, but i have been enjoying the extra gen safety
