Perks are missing during end game lobby and offering doesn't work

I'm playing on PC and I used the birthday cake offering to double my bloodpoints. At the end of the match in the lobby, I could not see the perks I brought and my offering did not double my bloodpoints. The perks missing bug has happened many games now but this is the first bloodpoint offering bug I have seen.

I rechecked and it did not consume my offering, however it should have applied for that game.
