Surge or Pop on PH
Since you arent always going to be able to nor want to hook survivors as PH, Pop is a viable perk option.
However, surge works just for knocking them down. I like the passiveness of the perk but the regression isnt nearly as good as pop if you arent hitting 3 gens.
Decisions decisions.

Surge only works on m1/r bumper attacks. Poor choice.

dk why it requires that but infectious just requires downed by any ways.

Why not both along with ruin. Been my new go to on most everything.

Add corrupt intervention too

Both have upsides and downsides imo. Surge can be handy if you combine it with Surv, since you can see when a survivor has gone to the gen, but the regression is pretty meh. Pop is great for the regression, but it also requires you to find a gen, which gives survivors more time to heal up and avoid the area.

If ruin is up you can't use pop though. Pop wouldn't be effective until ruin goes down.

Run both honestly. Surge is great for the immediate gens post down but when you hook them and going patrolling for a difference survivor, you more than likely will walk by a gen that's moving.

Ruin is pretty much garenteed to go down. Gotta have the backup plan. It's good enough by itself to be worth 4 perks while it's up though so no biggy losing two perks for that ruin value and not having the game spiral out of control when it inevitably dies, sometimes 14s in is important. Now could probably drop surge but definitely not pop. You need at least one slowdown perk you can rely on.

Just use pop, I don't think you will want to use your cages very much as they can backfire if the person gets saved right away.
