my opinion on the lisa garland skin situation
i'll make it very simple-
if the legion gets to have different voices and body layout from the normal legion and the female ones-
then so should alessa and lisa be differentiated from cheryl.
it isn't that hard. seriously. just change the name and sound for the both of them

And price. $8-$10 is the absolute maximum someone should be asked to buy a cosmetic for. Even that's a bit pricey. But for Legendary, sure.

You shouldnt talk if you dont know anything about it.
Its not that easy and at the moment its not possible.
Also since when did the legion skins got other voices?
5 -
The Legion men share a voice. The legion women share a voice. Cheryl shares a voice with her other women skins...

Not neccesarily, I'd be willing to pay the $15 price point, assuming the skin's quality was wayyy above average, which it currently isn't. The voice and animations have to also be different for this purchase to be acceptable at all, but with those features I think it would be acceptable.

I still think $15 is a ridiculous price personally. It singlehandedly costs more than 2 DLCs, and almost the price of the game itself. At this rate, BHVR's gonna make this game free to play and go off the deep end for skins and prices.
IMO prices should be:
Green: $3
Purple: $6
Legendary: $8-$10
BHVR used to be more consumer friendly. There used to be some cool cosmetic packs for only $3 that have way more than you could ever buy in the store right now with double that amount.

you're not a developer so don't say what you can't back up either. :)
and yeah, the legion has different genders and they have different voices
2 -
cheryl, lisa and alessa are different people. they should have different voices. you shouldnt pay the price for a character + a cosmetic skiin if you don't get the character part from it :P
1 -
The price isn’t mandatory. If people don’t buy it they’ll adjust their business accordingly.
3 -
The devs themself said it wasnt currently possible to add voices but that they want to try it in the future.
Yes the legion is supposed to be like that but i talked about the NEW skins.
Also legion is a original chapter, silent hill not.
So wheres your back up?

Frank and Joel are different characters, yet they share the same voice. Same with Julie and Susie.

I do think that overall the amount of microtransactions in this game is absolutely absurd, it's a paid game with paid DLC, paid cosmetics and a paid Battle Pass, but as an individual item, I think $15 is fair for a cosmetic of exceptional quality, which it is not.
About the whole F2P thing, honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they did it someday, because currently everything from the grind to the microtransaction structure looks like a F2P game.

I'm looking for the person who asked.
Just kidding. If they name a skin legendary but make that skin function almost the same as any other $10 skin then it doesn't deserve being nearly the price of the game.

The Legion was said with a female voice and a male voice at base.
If you noticed Susie and Joey don't have their own voice actors it's either you have female Legion voice or male Legion voice there's no in-between.
It doesn't go
Frank's voice
Joey's voice
Susie's voice
Julie's voice
It's
Female and Male

Watch the dev stream or read the wonderfull recap made by the legendary @Fibijean
(Ty for your work!)

The legion has different voices? Lmao,Susie and Joey use Frank and Julie voices, the legion are 4 People, but they only have 2 voices only
Alessa (Debatable) and Lisa Deservers some Justice since they are legendary skins,At least Lisa, since Alessa is a very rare outfit, but give her at least a more high pitched voice like Nancy Wheeler
3 -
Cheryl and Alessa are technically the same person though, so it makes sense. Lisa is the only actual legendary skin Cheryl has. She has a different model and animation, while Alessa just has Cheryl's.
1 -
If its not possible (agree that DBD may not be able to alter the voice as they do not OWN the license) then why hype up Legendary skins as "playing a completely new character" and pricing them at ridiculous prices.
Don't promise something you can't deliver as its just going to upset the consumer.

I think the problem is how people interpreted what was said. I got exactly what I thought I was gonna get, which was a skin for Cheryl that changes her model. When I came onto the forums a couple days ago, I was actually surprised the first time I read a post saying they believed Lisa would get her own voice and lore. I never once believed it would be anything more than a model change because of the fact that they called it a skin, regardless if its legendary or not.
That doesn't mean I wouldn't appreciate it if they gave her own voice, and I do believe they should at least display Lisa's name instead of Cheryl's when in lobby. I usually also wouldn't pay so much for a skin, but I already gave my reasoning in another post.

Likewise. I wanted the Lisa skin untill I saw the price attached to the level of quality
1 -
It's not the same as any other skin. It transforms your character.
0 -
By renaming and changing the lobby animation. Yeah that seems like a transforming. Especially when they type:
CHERYL MASON
Lisa Garland
in the featured shop.
1 -
Yeah they can change that and they should. But it's still not like any other skin.
1 -
Don’t complain unless you are in the category to buy it, aka you already own the character the skin is made for

i have cheryl manson and lisa garlands skin.. ur point is?
