How to upload files to a support ticket?
I'm trying to upload video proof of a player using hacks. The file is too large to be uploaded (1'5Gb) so I have cut it and still is not small enough to be uploaded (122Mb).
Is there any special thing I have to do to upload it? I don't want this player to be ruining people games like that.

Due to the small file size limit, we suggest uploading your evidence to YouTube and "Unlisting" it. This will prevent anyone without the link from seeing it, and will allow you to upload without needing to compress the quality to meet the size limit.
Then you can add the link to your ticket and you are good to go.

I literally only send then a ticket, and when i receive their email message saying that my case is being analysed i upload the print or whatever as a answer to the email, then, hopefully they see the proof and ban the bad guy.
