How ? I just guess everytime, is there a good way to counter Spirit ?

Gambling.
Spirit is a gambling simulator for both sides, much fun if you like csgo cases.

If you manage to fool them into going to a wrong place and use up a lot of their power, it’s really difficult to chase as a 110 killer.

Walk more. Double back when you hear her phasing. Possibly run Iron Will.

Be unpredictable, a spirit relies heavily on prediction (and sounds) to down survivors, if you act crazy you have a better chance of her not downing you immedeatly

if you have her at a pallet dont go for a slam just throw pallet early put lots of scratch marks around if you want to confuse her phasing. dont stand still

1. You have to learn which addons she is running. Addons gonna change how you can predict her movement.
2. Always run Iron Will. Spirit with pure Stridor is gonna play DbD Solo, because she's gonna know where you are.
3. You have to play around slow and fast vaults, so she doesn't exactly know which side you are on.
4. After using her power you can loop her like a normal killer until her power is back.
5. If she's using her power try do dodge grass, because she can still see that kind of movement.
I think that was all.

You don't as the devs intended :)

When I play as spirit, I see red rank survivor use flash light on my face to check if i fake phasing. If i actually phasing, they walk pass to behind my image and go forward.

Or - the alternative solution, don't be a pepega and run Fixated/Iron Will. EZ spirit counter. Fast walking and silence.

Not much you can do other than try not to let her get a hit on you. As soon as you’re injured it’s gg for you unless you have Iron will, even then if Spirit is using Stridor then it’s gg for you.
When you’re not injured it’s incredibly easy to fool her when she’s phasing.

My best advice is to imagine scratchmarks (or use Fixated) and use them to confuse the killer. Run on your tracks or walk alway, make them believe you're doing something while you're actually doing something else.
Never put yourself in a situation where there is a dropped pallet between you and the killer and she has her power ready. In those cases there's little you can do if the killer knows how to "exploit" the situation.

I always try to run to the nearest jungle gym if possible, windows are Spirit's bane. Any place where the killer needs to vault a window or take a long way across can give you a big edge.
If she tries to mind game you try to LoS her, most of her 'mind games' require her to see you but if you hide behind a wall most will drop the act and go after you for fear of losing you.
I also run Iron Will and Dead Hard, both are really good counters to Spirit but they are just perks I like in general.

None of them are hard killers to face though, atleast in my book.
(For the record I haven't actually faced a Hag since March, kinda sad).

Listen, me and my friend, 2v1 both other teammates died yet we escaped against a rank 4 killer. How ? You ask ? Urban evade and slow tactics to gen tap two different gens.
However if you do not play with a friend then do this.
Find a generator that has multiple escape routes with lots of cover, if you get injured then get healed.
DO NOT SPRINT
DO NOT JUMP FROM HIGHTS AS YOU WILL SCREAM
DO NOT PERFORM RUSHED ACTIONS
And please God be patient with generators and unhooking.

Hag is easy to run, and Billy's power is one of the easiest powers in the game to deny. As long as you're not a pepega who doesn't run out into the opened.

Listen for her wind-like sound when she phases nearby and do not panic. Keep slow and steady, and resist the urge to run. It's more difficult for her to hit you first time that way. However, when you're bleeding it's really difficult. Try and find a jungle gym amd hope that moving around that might lose them.
Also, Iron Will is imperative if you're injured - it's the only way you can have a survival chance better than 4% against a spirit. Even then, that may not be enough.
Oddly, an unusual perk which may work alongside Iron Will is No Mither. Since you can be silent and not bleeding. Although that's a one-shot ... on second thoughts, it's not as good an idea as I first thought!

Useless when she has stridor and you aint hearing the phasing, if she just uses it too close to you. The killer just needs a huge nerf. Just look how dogshit other killers are and she is overpowered.

Refuse to engage in her mind games and you gain distance more often than not.
Say you dropped a pallet and she's standing still.
If you engage in the mind game, one of two things can happen:
- You're right that she's phasing and the situation is now the same, but with you on different sides.
- You're wrong and she injures or grabs you.
The best possible scenario here is that the situation doesn't get worse. The worst is that you're #########.
Now say you just keep running (i.e., refuse to engage in her mind game):
- If she's phasing to the other side of the pallet, she still has to chase after you. Meanwhile, you gained some distance.
- If she isn't phasing to the other side of the pallet, she still has to chase after you. Meanwhile, you gained a lot of distance.
The best possible scenario here is that you gain a lot of distance. The worst is that you gain less distance.
So, to summarize, if you engage in her mind game, the best you can hope for is that you end up in the same situation. If you don't, the best is that you waste her time.

Consider using Iron Will. I know that "just use X perk" is a lame advice but it is one of the best counters to spirit. It helps even if the killer has Stridor and Iron Will is one of the best perks in the game even without Spirit.
Don't be predictable and don't just run in a straight line while she is phasing. I still see so many survivors do this for some reason.
Don't try to loop her like you do against almost every other killer. Sometimes dropping the pallet instantly can be the best option.
Don't attempt to vault the pallet when she is standing still. @Orion's advice is great and it's what you should do in those situations.
