where are the 4th Anniversary Med-Kits and Flashlights?

I spent 200k bloodpoints going through 4 blood webs and havent seen one?

    I got a couple of them but they aren't popping up often. In match I searched chests and normally they just have event items but it was just regular flashlight or medkit.

    i mean first two bloodwebs was double medkits

    seems random "green" rarity. can be a while

    They typically turn up the spawn rate for the offerings in bloodwebs and convert all yellow flashlights and brown medkits (web and chests) into the special event versions. If this is not the case, I'd hope this is a bug that will be fixed soon. Like all their events, this one has bugs/issues too.

    I got the flashlight. But I haven’t gotten the cosmetics for deathslinger or Claudette.

    I've had more cakes than anything. Had 1 Medkit show up, but no other event items. I just want the cakes overall. Grinding with these cakes will help P3 my favourite characters a lot quicker.

    I saw at least one event item (sometimes two) in each new bloodweb for my Dwight Fairfield which was the only character of mine still at Level 20. So my level 21 bloodweb had a ghastly gateau and a fourth year flashlight Then my level 22 bloodweb had a ghastly gateau and a fourth year med kit. My level 23 bloodweb had a ghastly gateau. My level 24 bloodweb didn't have any anniversary items. And finally, the last one I opened - my level 25 bloodkit had all three items - ghastly gateau, fourth year flashlight and a fourth year medkit. That's crazy how different it is for everyone.

    Killer on Switch, I've spent I dunno how many blood points but, from lvl 35 to 39 I've found an anniversary cakey every web.
