Steven Universe Chapter Part I
I thought "What if Steven Universe is in DbD?"
Then I decided to create this survivor (and killer idea soon!) idea from Steven Universe!
Backstory: That moment has arrived for Steven. The time to becoming human. He has passed so many years to become a gem, but now that he was 16 years old, he wanted to restart his life, as a human. He wanted to explore the world and discover more about himself and his race.
He has greeted everyone he loved, even one of his rivals, Jasper.
Lapis, Peridot, Bismuth, and more especially Garnet, Pearl and Amethyst.
After the final greets with Connie and Greg, his father, Steven left Beach City. He was missing them so much, but at least his new “adventure” would have some value. If something much creepy wouldn’t appear in front of the car. It was a huge fog and Steven wasn’t seeing anything. Then he saw that pink eyes. The pink eyes HE had. Steven was shocked and he crushed the car accidentally. Steven was lucky: he was still alive. But his car has like disappeared, and before Steven would realize, he was in the woods, but not in Beach City’s ones. More especially when he heard screams echoing in the woods. Meanwhile, in Beach City (so in SU world), the police reported a missing after they noticed a car crushed in the woods near Beach City. It was Steven’s car. The gems and Connie saw the car and they were terribly shocked, thinking he was dead. But they either knew a thing: Whatever threat was challenging, Steven would defeat it. They were trusting him, and they knew he was still alive, somewhere.

Seeing him in the game to me wouldn't be realistic, isn't he young? Like 10 or something? I don't know alot about the show so I may be wrong.
As for his perks, Crystal Blessing seems weak. Cleansing all 5 totems is extremely unrealistic unless you've got a team that focuses on generators. Haste for 15 seconds isn't great, although endurance and stunning the killer can be ok.
Raged Honor seems very unfair. It rewards the survivor for failing to stun the killer. Personally, it should instead increase the duration of a stun.
Finally, Dying Justice. It's sounds like a balanced perk. It alerts the killer it's in play, and the survivor can get away. Problem is its extremely simular to a weak perk that Steve has, Babysitter , which personally they should rework anyways

Well, I think you are right for Crystal Blessing, I should increase the duration of haste and put the totems at least 3.
For Raged Honor I could put 10% instead of 40% but increase duration from 60 to 80 seconds, or just like you said.
And I like Dying Justice for this reason: It is like a mix-up of Babysitter, Second Wind and For The People!
