Just had to do a ######### daily with him and holy crap he is terrible to control and buggy as hell, it was people literally getting inside me, my hitboxes don't exist, his power takes long as hell to activate and it is quick to lose #########, also by some ######### reason, I try to hit someone and the ######### hit goes anywhere except where I was aiming... Definitely not a killer that I call playable

Considering your list of assumptions this seems far more like a thread about why Oni is bad rather then tips for playing him. In the right hands Oni is very powerful. During blood fury he's the most powerful killer in the game. You just need to learn how to play him. I would rate him at low A tier.

As for tips if you really want some, here's a guide by Scottjund which covers a lot about what you need to know:

I actually considered maining Oni, but I kind of stopped playing him as much as I used to because Clown is life. Essential, he's a slugger. You need a slugging build that works with his power. The meta build for him is Infectious, BBQ, M&A, and Pop. However, I ran Deerstalker and Corrupt instead because at least I get guaranteed usage out of Corrupt. Sometimes I run an off meta build like Sloppy and Nurse's. (Sloppy doesn't work with Demon Strike however). Oni's power builds up over time, but hitting healthy Survivors gives you roughly 30% of his power, and absorbing Orbs gives about 10-15% (I don't know the actual numbers). Once you have a full bar, wait until you see someone before using it. Then you just snowball as best you can with Infectious. If you don't see anyone with it, just pick up and hook. You'll keep whatever power you have left.

Here's the link from the post above.

This was the Oni game I played last night. (Note that there is a rank 20 in this group, so it's not that exciting)

Putting in a simple way, you can get a easy win abusing the slug mechanic

Easy win? Abusing slugging? You're not helping this guy with these.

I know it was not helpful at all since he's having problems with the character but it is a strong thing to do with Oni for sure, specially using Infectious Fright.

It's kind of the fault of the devs for making Oni a slugging Killer. 1-shot map traversing power that demands that you snowball before you run out of power.
