i escape but i didn’t get the crown

i was playing dbd today on update 4.0.1 i played as claudette and Nea i take the crown in game the i escaped, got the crown in the customize. but then i play us Dwight, kate and Adam i take the crown in game and escaped but i didn’t get the crown in the Character i try more then 7 Match and i escape with the crown but still not getting it.



i play on ps4

    I had the same issue a few times that I played last night. I was going through as each of my survivors to get them in the order of their placement in selection, and when I got to Feng, I stopped receiving them for the characters I had chosen. I played Feng/David a few times each and didn't receive them. Performed a hard reset on the game to try and figure it out that way - hoping it would fix the issue. When I got back into the game, I played again as those characters and it worked. I got David, Feng, and Kate after that.

    I am also going through the same problem, I play on Xbox One and I’m not getting any crowns for any of the original characters I play with... Is it a bug or is there something else that’s needed in order to get crowns?

    i had the same problem with dwight. It took me three times before it actually gave me the crown

    I got the crown on doctor first try tho so it's probably a bug

    i just found a Temporary solution, its work for me i got the crown for the most of my Survivor


    i was connecting my ps4 on lan cable i change to wifi the i restart the console, i got crown after i win the Match.



    try it i hope you get the crown soon.
