What are your exceptions as killer?
Everyone on this forum that already read one of my posts know that I am a killer main, so, as a killer main, I have my strategies and my way to play, I try to follow my rules, but sometimes I make some exceptions.
My personal rules and their exceptions are:
Not Camp: Unless someone is nearby or the survivor is salty as the sea water;
Not Tunnel: I usually tunnel someone for two reasons, 1- it was the only person I found, 2- the game hitbox broke and I accidentally hit the wrong person.
Not Farm: I only farm if a survivor or Disconnect from the match, or kill himself, so I fell bad for the survivors and farm with them.
Not Respect pallet: Unless if the guy I am chasing drop every single pallet every time.
So, what are your rules and their Exceptions?

Almost same.
I only farm if there are 3 or more double BP offerings. Currently not counting since they are bugged.
If one decided to kill themself, I rather get the rest out of the match quickly so they can move on to a hopefully fair match, not a 3vs1.
Camping and Tunneling only against toxic players. I don't need a 4k or 3k at this point anymore. I won for myself if the Survivor being unreasonably toxic died.
Also another rule; If you play a Killer a Survivor doesn't like (for a daily or smth) and they stand still because they wanna kill themselves and not dc, I just help them get out of the game quickly by hooking them. I have seen Killers just slugging the survivor, only way out is dc or bleed out for 3 Minutes.

-Not to facecamp until someone really starts to annoy me and I mean here REALLY, aka -> that has only happen a handful of times until now. Not even that I believe.
-I farm with the survivor's if 1 disconnects in the early game, or if more, then after any point where they dc.
-I let 1 guy go at the end of the match, if I were ok with the match.

Very similar to your except I only tunnel if the survivor was literally unhooked in front of me, if I am getting gen rushed hard and the survivors are being rude about it(t-bagging but dancing in front of pallets with flashlight, you know the usual). other than that I'm not that different compared to you.

similar to yours.
but it depends on my mood and previous matches.

For me
Dont tunnel unless: the person uses borrowed time to bodyblock me so i cant go to the unhooker. If the person wants to be tunneled so be it.
Only farm when two people disconnected or if there are a lot of multiple stacking BBP offerings.

My rules for killer is as follows:
- Avoid camping/tunneling
- No slow down perks (excluding surge/corrupt)
- Usually no addons (some killers have exceptions to this)
- Avoid perks that add status effects to survivors
- Once all the gens are done none of these rules apply, so get out or get dead.
The biggest exception to this is list forcing me to hit you because you have BT. To be clear this isn't taking a hit, I mean blocking a doorway or cornering me in a hallway to prevent me from chasing someone else who I am clearly going after. If you do this, I will gladly hit you, eat your DS and then tunnel you off a hook for the easy kill.

a fun match.
multiple chases.
not to gen genrushed withing the first 5 minutes of the match.
not getting punished for playing fair (no tunnel, slug, camp)
i just wanna have time to chase every single survivor atleast 2x before all 5 gens are done.
if all that happens what i mentioned i give always the last guy the hatch because it was a fun match.
i just want a game where killers dont need to tunnel and camp. where i dont get tunneled or camped.
just FUN!

If I can tell someone is looking behind them thinking I'm coming from that direction and they walk right into me I will give them a swat and let them run off as warning to pay attention to all directions.
If it looks like one person is carrying the team I usually let that one go.

Sometimes I go immersive and Ghost Face will only kill their obsession, Pig hats everyone and those who remove it get to escape(it's less common than you think), Legion kills asap and Pyramid Head only uses cages and Judgment.
I play pretty casual until someone shines a light in my face then I go into full on kill mode and eliminate them with totally toxic play and then go back to chill game.

I don't camp unless I only get one hook all game, and nobody wants to give me another hook. You want to save your friend? Let me hook you, while your friend saves them.
I won't tunnel unless you teabag me. I take that as survivoreese for "Please Tunnel me."
I'll farm if someone wants to, or if they're having a bad game. Or if someone has No Mither. Or if they got a crown (unless I'm going for a challenge. Sorry Yui!)

I have a few:
1. No face-camping at any point.
2. If there is a hook rescue and I see both the hooked and unhooker, I always chase the unhooker. If I see the hooked only, I will down them, but not rehook. Maybe use them as bait, but ultimately they won't be rehooked.
3. With 2-1 gens remaining, I would consider all survivors have had a decent daffy and will resume relentless slaughter. No face-camping or tunneling, but if you're unhooked them and I see you, you're going back on.
4. Tea-bagging and clicky-dicky will be met with aggressive indifference. You're all meat; you're all equal regardless.
5. Impressive survivor plays (1 time a survivor sabo'd 2 hooks to save a survivor I was carrying!) may be rewarded with the hatch.
6. Once all gens are done, there will be no nicities. If my randomizer gives me NOED, there will be no guilt. If I slug, there will be no guilt.
7. I will chase all out who I cannot get. Regardless of Teabagging Tosspots and Clicky Dickies, it means nothing. I just want to get to my next round.
And most importantly:
8. ALWAYS be nice at the end. Even if someone is being a dick post-game, I'll explain my end, ignore or joke with them. Toxicity breeds toxicity, and I'd rather pass on a fresher atmosphere.

For my rules:
- Don't Camp. I tend to double back to hooked Survivors after checking on a gen, but they usually get unhooked by the time I get back. I will face camp if I figure I'm going against gen rushers or some toxic people.
- First Come, First Hooked. I will chase down the first Survivor I see usually. If that happens to be someone who just go unhooked, they better lose me or they're going back on that hook. Sometimes I will chase someone else if I feel like I'm picking on someone too much. If you unhook someone in front of me, you bet I'm going to grab you or hit you.
- End Chases quick. I am very much a lunger when chasing down Survivors. I try to end chases quickly because I know there are other Survivors working on Gens. I try not to tunnel, but I may do it accidentally because I try to predict Survivor's movements and try to cut them off.
- Pay it Forward. I don't tend to get 4ks. This is because I often give the last Survivor the Hatch if I have a good match. If I'm going against toxic people though, no mercy.
- Smack Body Blockers: If you body block me from hooking someone, I will hit you. If you want to get downed and get hooked, fine by me.
- F* your Flashlights: If you try to blind me while I'm carrying someone, I will stare at the sky while making my way to a hook. Then I go after you Flashlight person.

I do what needs to be done. But never kill meg. Megs are holy.

the only rule I follow is "I will respect you, I expect respect back"
if the survs are respectful, I play normally, for fun and for the thrill of the hunt, if survs start BMing, I say "alright, don't expect me to play nice"

I play at lower ranks because i don't find high ranks fun even when i do win most of the time (especially for low rank killers) but i am still sometimes paired with red rank SWF. When this happens i always know because without fail there are t bags and points. At that point I do whatever i don't care, last night it happened and i had 1 sacrifice 2 DCs and one escape because of course one had a key. I actually got dwight on top of the hatch, he was the second DC 😂

Don't camp unless end game, and if the last survivor was a good one, give them the hatch.
