None of my characters can get the crown cosmetic help!

I’ve been playing as both survivor and killer and I get the glow vfx but even though it says “Crown unlocked” I don’t have the cosmetic in the inventory. I’ve played as Legion, Oni, Death Slinger, Doctor, Trapper, Wraith, Clown, Dwight, Jake, and Ace. I play on Xbox One. Can someone please help me?
