how often do they review reports?
the amount of time i’ve had to report for people using the n word is unreal, there is no room for that kind of behavior in this community and it’s awful matching with people that think it’s okay to use racial slurs when you get mad 😬.

Certain In-Game Reports are rarely reviewed from what I know. Sending a ticket to the DBD Support is a better way of reporting offenders, one that will get reviewed a lot quicker.

hmmm i see. harassment is one thing but ppl really take it to the next level at times. i’ll consider remembering their user and doing a ticket in the future.

I'll both agree and disagree with this.
If it's something like cheating, they'll struggle to believe it if you don't also send a ticket, so they might not be able to ban them at all with no info other than you saying they cheated.
If it's something to do with the chat system, there is no point in sending an extra report, as all the chat logs are sent to them and they get to review those messages.
