You survivor hook campers are what causes problems
Here is a fun fact... I started playing this game 3 days ago... I have received numerous messages telling me how I shouldn't be camping blah blah blah... If I hook a survivor and see you staring at me through a window I have every right to stand there at the hook until the person dies... You are not working on generators or healing your squad. No... You are sitting there crowding like a bunch of crybabies. If you would not sit and wait like that I would move on to my patrol of generators... Don't come to me crying with your nonsense... I don't care. The developers tested this and survivors camp just as much. It's a correlation. You stay I stay. You go I go come find you. Until then I'll happily embrace face camping. Stop your complaining。

I do not enjoy it... It's repulsive to watch you all do such a repetitive thing... It's tiring watching you worms crowd the hook instead of working on generators or looting, or hiding... No where did I brag about a single thing. It's common sense to wait at the hook if you are nearby lurking like a goon.

The 30 messages in my Xbone saying the same thing is insulting nancy. It's disrespectful and they have no regard for anything other than taunting me with something they caused in the first place .. I was minding my own business. This is a general discussion, so that's why I posted it.

Idk, I am by no means a pro and I've only really started playing about three months ago but I don't get why you are so angry with survivors waiting to unhook each other.
Like... you seem really insulted by it, when I don't think it's all that personal. If you hook someone and turn and there's another person there, you just chase 'em. If there's a group, you pick one n chase that one. If one t-bags, that's the one you pick and hope to god they don't know how to loop. That's all that really happens when survivors camp hooks.
On the other hand, if a killer camps a hook, that's one survivor who can no longer play the game. Additionally, you're punishing a survivor on the hook for the actions of another survivor (who is likely trying to meet an unhook goal or farm that survivor you just hooked), and that's not very fair.
I don't know why you're surprised people don't like you, it sounds like you waste everyone's time ingame being petty for perceived slights.

You are literally penalised for staying near hooks, in both emblems and bloodpoints. Not to mention the mountains of hate that you will get. And seriously, if you see someone, CHASE THEM. DOWN THEM. HOOK THEM.
You wanted a discussion, yet seem to disregard any opinions or statements that disagree with you. Your little opening also makes you seem like an entitled killer who believes that the game should revolve around their role. As it stands, you're in the lower ranks where people don't know the game, or the mechanics. Half of your opponents will have zero perks and unless they're smurfs, you will simply dominate in a majority of games. There is NO NEED to be using such an underhanded tactic, especially if you don't enjoy it.
People will tell you to "play YOUR way" or to "do what you find fun", and honestly I am actually going to say that here, even though I find camping and tunnelling (targeting one specific person off hook) to be utterly deplorable. Do what YOU want and have fun with it. Low rank killer can be really fun because of how dominating you can be!

I was like this too when I first started playing as killer. It’s like predator hunting his prey and then turning his back on it before the feast. Change your mindset and you’ll be a stronger killer

You're going to get countless messages of people either complaining or insulting you in this game. It's better to just ignore them.
Honestly though, camping won't make you better at the game. I know this because I speak from experience, I used to be the King of Camping and Tunneling when I first started out as killer. But if you want to rank up and get better overall, you're going to need to hook people and find other survivors. You'll get into more chases and learn survivor movements which will help you in the long-run.
Remember when you camp, the other survivors will end up finishing generators and leaving. You need to constantly apply pressure in the game to keep survivors from doing the objective. Injure as many of them as possible, end chases as fast as possible, monitor the generators, and break pallets.
It takes time to get good. Camping kept me at Rank 20. Now I'm a Rank 1 Killer.

Facecamping sucks. I think we all can agree on that. When you see them near the Hook, they got chased down or at least injured. If they are already injured: Let them unhook , so the Change places, or grab them for the next Hook. But honestly i've Seen some really dumb unhooks recently. Like: survs are chased by the Killer (after they ran practically into in) and got for the unhook without BT. And since there was no Obsession, No DS. See this as Survivor and Killer.

Yeah, I'm occasionally guilty of this but sometimes you feel like you don't have a choice to save them at all because the other survivor(s) can't.

the point of facecamping is that you will get genrushed at red ranks. So you will maybe get a kill, you will depip, the hooked will depip, the 3 others will safe pip and match is over in 3 minutes. No fun.

In the scenario he gave its the survivors faults for all standing around by the hook. like Ill take the free kill and just stand there too if nobody is doing gens why do i care.

Dude, if you got 30 message in 3 days, you might be a camper!
Play how you want, no judgement, but you may want to look at your playstyle a bit if you really believe every time you hook someone all 3 other survivors run to the hook and stare at you.
Also, if you're new to killer, you will actually get better by chasing the one you see and patrolling gennys then just camping.

I have 3k+ hours and I havent received 30+ messages, it seems like you might be the problem.

Its a shame the killer is penalized when survivors get stupid aggro and bullrush a hook with the killer there. They sit there waiting, i see no reason for the killer to leave either, thats at least 2 people pressured possibly more
