How do you earn the 4th anniversary cosmetics?

So the devs showed us 4th year anniversary cosmetics which included claudette and wraith in a golden kind of blood soaked outfits. Does anyone know how to obtain those?

Should be Claudette and Deathslinger, not Wraith.
They're being handed out piece by piece as you log in throughout the event.
And to answer a potential follow up question - if you don't own Deathslinger now but log in to get his pieces, will you get them if you buy him later? According to Peanits (community manager), yes, they are added to your account regardless of if you own him.

Is anyone having an issue of not getting the Deathslinger hat? I was able to get Claudettes jacket no problem as well as the charm...shouldn't the hate be there for Deathslinger?
