Unrelenting change Idea
Whenever you Miss an attack your recovery time is reduced by 90%
This perk has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds.
What would it do?
Well it would actually do something usefull.
It would be good on Legion for example or any other killer thats loopable.

This is bad, no offense.
Making it a one time exhaustion perk would actually nerf the perk intensely.
The way it is not helps people who miss attacks.
What if you were in a loop with your version of unrelenting, you swing and miss, they vault. Cool you've just wasted your perk because now there on the other side of the pallet and you are sitting at an optimal cool down of 40 seconds.

I think you did not think this through. What would this version do?
It would help M1 killers in loops tremendously because you could double lounge. --> this would shorten loops if you use it correctly.
The current unrelenting is a joke. 30% for a missed attack BUT if you hit an object (a wall for example) its still without the 30%
I would change it so it actually has its benefits but with a downside(cooldown)

thats what its for, tbh actual unrelenting never helped anybody. MAYBE on deathslinger it could be nieche useful but thats it.
I think this unrelenting change could make killers like clown more useful. The biggest counter to killers is looping around cars etc. This would be harder with this perk.

A counterpart to distance DH would be nice.

What if Unrelenting increased your lunge distance? Maybe something like tier 3 Myers lunge.
