When the trial starts without a killer... #########
I'm playing on Switch. Got into a lobby, we were 4 survivors, no killer. We kept waiting until suddenly, we were sent into a trial and as it loaded we were sent back into a lobby... because there was never a killer. Is this a common error?

The ideal game mode for those salty survivors that complain about everything killers do! Just do gens and leave, perfect :D

Happened to me on PS4 too a couple of months ago! I was like wow, they truly must be planning to make this game an M1/R1/RB simulator.

I am pretty sure that is the crossplay code bugging out, if I remember correctly, crossplay was brought up a lot when this was temporarily happening on PC and then again on console, so my guess is that they are adding in the crossplay code from the other platforms and are going to adjust it, which means crossplay is coming in the foreseeable future, (my guess is before the end of the year [December 2020], but definitely before the end of the fourth year {June 2020 to June 2021})

I've only had a game with two killers and three survivors. I was one of the killers, and could not hit anyone for anything. Couldn't use most of my powers, either. We quickly ended the game.

It definitely is common for Switch! It happened to me at least 3 times when I first got the game on my Switch. In one of the matches, not only did a killer not load in, a survivor also disconnected and didn’t load in either!

If someone DCs before the trial starts than the match just ends. It may just be a visual glitch and the killer DCd before the game began and it just doesn't show the killer. Or DBD is broken on switch.
