Spirit and oblivious
If the survivor is oblivious and spirit phases within the area what happens? Will the phase sound happen? Will it not happen because the survivor is oblivious to the terror radius but it still counts as being in the radius so the phasing sound is silent? I couldnt find it anywhere.

The phasing sound is connected to her Terror Radius. Every time when you are outside the Terror Radius you will hear Spirits phasing. So since oblivious removes the Terror Radius from being heard you will hear her phasing noise regardless of how far(or close) you are.
I tested this with a friend to be extra sure and you can hear her phasing when you are oblivious.

The phasing is not related to the TR, although the text says it. There is a range where you can hear both, TR and phasing. Phasing sound is just about distance to the husk and is not influenced by Oblivious

So what your saying is if they are near the husk and there is no heartbeat from oblivious they should also mo hear the phasing noise because they are too close to the husk correct?

What means "mo"? I'm saying that oblivious has no effect on the phasing sound. When you are far enough away from the husk, you hear it, if you are too close, you don't hear it, no matter if you would be in the TR or not
