PC - Discipline removes red stain completely

This is ALL tiers of discipline. You can barely see a reflection of red on walls, but this gets less and less visible depending on which quality you're playing on.

I have literal video evidence and bugs reported after this are being acknowleged and this isn't. Ok

It's been 10 days, is something wrong? Did I use a wrong format and that's why this isn't being acknowledged?
