literally almsot impossible to get new event items
is hilarious i got more purple flashlights in the latest levels 50 taht i wasted than this new flashlight, cakes? all webs new items? 1 chance out 100 to get one.

The cakes are currently just better escape cakes. The event items are just celebratory yellow items. I've actually gotten a bunch of each.

It doesn't matter. The fact that they're extremely in the bloodweb is VERY disappointing. I've spent almost 2 million BP on my main survivor and only have 4 flashlights and 7 medkits. That is RIDICULOUS.
Granted, I've got a ton of cakes and I'm grateful for that, but these event items should not be this rare, period.

i only have 4 flashlights and 11 medkits the medkits have a higher ratio anyway of those 4 flashlights 1 or 2 i got them during match at most i got 2 on the bloodweb and i wasted A LOT of points. i dont even want to use them just se them but still is dissapointing.

Things that I noticed:
I get Cakes at a higher rate in brown mystery boxes.
Event Items are easier to get through chests in matches

of course i am prestigied wich is more i unlcoked all the perks on my main still impossible to get items even if noi perks are appearing since i dont have any left to unlock.

Not really, no. If it were obvious, I wouldn't have asked.
Prestige increases the likelihood of items with higher rarity to spawn on your bloodweb. Event items have low rarity to make them easier to find on the bloodweb. So you're getting screwed by your prestige.

very sad tbh...i wanted to have around 10/10 each i got the medkits but the falshlights are impossible, i may try to get 1 more and then leave it, since im probably not using them just to see them there.

Yeah the odds of getting one are super low for some reason, but getting the cakes has been rather easy. Could be a bug where the proportion of cakes, flashlights, & medkits isn't working as intended. Or maybe they chose to make getting these items a bit more difficult. Finding them in chests is also a bit hard, but much more reliable than bloodwebs. They should definitely look into easing up on the grind of finding these.

That makes sense. I found items in the first web on Meg, who isn't prestige, but haven't found one on Feng, who is P3.
What I don't understand is why I've never experienced that in one of the other Events, I usually had no trouble getting Event items on Feng.
I'll just save my BP for now, I'm hoping that they will increase the amount of Event items when they release the fix for the offerings.

I leveled one of my characters that was not prestiged (2 million blood points) and still got barely any event items.

I was getting at least 1 flashlight or Medkit every web on Cheryl(P3) now I get something every 3 webs? I don't know why I'm getting less the stronger she gets.

I've started leveling Cheryl since the event started (from 7 to 33 so far).
2 Event medkits, 3 Event Flashlights, 16 Event Cakes. I've always taken the event item when it showed up.

The items are to rare. I have only gotten 8 flashlights, 11 medkits and finally got the event key for survivors. It took me 20 full bloodwebs before I got the event key. And all it does it make confetti come out of the hatch when it's opened using the key.

i'm prestige 3 on several characters with all the perks. I spent 2 million bloodpoints and only got 1 cake per bloodweb with the occasional 1 in a mystery box and 0 flashlights or medkits.
My son has characters that had zero bloodpoints in them Zarina after this week had 56 cakes 15 flashlights and 20 medkits.
I can accept RNG to some extent but this is bullshit and seems like a bug

I completely agree that these items are easier to find during the match. I search chests hoping for a key or purple toolbox and constantly am getting event flashlights and health kits.

it saddens me to ssee this. i should have alrady stopped wasting points on my main. i could probably about p3ing another survivor considering how much points i wasted already, and i was about to do it with Yui, such a shame.

I'm personally not experiencing this.
So far since the start of the event, I've put 9 levels into Jeff, which I got 2 event flashlights and 3 event med kits.
I've put 25 levels into Tapp, in which I got 3 event flashlights and 4 event med kits.
6 levels into Jane in which I've got a event flashlight and 2 event med kits.

in order to get 1 flashlight i need to waste around 10 bloodweb (level 50) and you need around 50/60k points to complete one. so there u go... i gave up on the fifth flashlight i guess is enough im not gonna use them jsut have soem stock to remember myself i was there, if i ever want to use them will be wit ha white guard so itdoesnt matter.
