Unrelenting Rework V2
Ok so people didn't like my last one so here's my take 2 at making Unrelenting great again!
Unrelenting
- Reduces the missed attack cooldown by 80%. Has a 30/25/20 second cooldown.
Ok I know I know, 80% is an insanely high number but hear me out.
Right now there really isn't much reason to use the perk beyond as training wheels. And even then, missing attacks randomly isn't super common.
With a whopping 80% CDR that means you'd almost just keep going as if nothing happened, meaning you can profit distance with a lunge. This gives the perk value if you're someone that doesn't tend to miss hits often, since you can basically double lunge with the perk. This is of course why there is a cooldown, since without it you'd just spam lunge for general movement, and I don't want THAT.
Anyways though. While a double lunge is extremely useful there are a few things to keep in mind. The first is that it's not QUITE a double lunch. If you're lunge isn't enough to reach a pallet they are vaulting then you still won't hit them, though if they start the vault after your lunge then things are different. The second is that while this would enable you to handle some loops differently, there are other perks that do that. For example Spirit Furry, Bamboozle, Enduring, Brutal Strength ect all allow you to get hits in places you otherwise couldn't. This perk is no different when used like that.

I mean technically if you can juke the Killer twice then the 2nd time will have the desired effect.
