I started playing killer 2 days ago and I keep getting matches like these aswell.

It happens. When I was rank 12 Killer, I too used to meet red rank survivors.
But you learn more when you go against good survivors. It will be a tough time for a while. I learned how to cut loops, pressure gens, etc. As a result:
Yes I did change my name to 'Behind you' after I started playing myers xD(you can check my old name in my steam profile)
And recently I have reached rank 1 Killer:
Yea the matchmaking in green-purple rank is pretty tough but will be a meaningful experience

They are so useless that they cannot fix a simple matchmaking

They aren't going to fix it. I made a post complaining and kept putting up pictures for a week. Another person put up pictures for over a month. Neither got replies from the devs. Your 3 options are to tough it out, don't play killer, or play a different game.
