I see no reason why would you nerf this. It counters 3 perks in the game, all of which are extremally strong.

Nerfing any counter to them would only make dead hard, lithe and bl just more powerful... and survivors already have much better perks than killers do...

Yeah if this were base kit maybe but an addon like that wouldnt be worth

Because the weakest Killer in the game needs a nerf. Not like he's still easily looped and naturally weak to gen rushing.

Its ok to have exhaustion counters in the game when its literally limited to 2 characters who have to aim their ability from a distance to even apply it.

Let alone it only hard counters a single perk that being "Dead Hard" and has virtually no effect on another exhaustion perk which is "Sprint Burst".

No. Exhaustion add-ons are fine. They do not need to be nerfed (in fact, I wouldn't mind seeing more of them). If you're relying on Exhaustion perks to win, then you need get good. Simple as that.

His base power alone barely slows the survivor down and only spares him only a few seconds in a good chase, Honestly his addons is the only thing left to give him a fighting chance. So i rather have his addons stay until his power gets buffed.

Honestly true, People get mad about hex perks as well, "They get broken fast" but i see Exhaustion and Hex's fit in the same category as they are both strong but can be useless in some situations.

Why would you bother to nerf the worst Killer in the game, mate? If you're this bad, you really have no leg to stand on in terms of suggestion input.
