Lowkey want to see a perk that increases below 115% speed killers to 115% and 115% to 120%

Like, its a full perk slot, thats one perk slot that can no longer be used for bbq, sloppy, pop, enduring spirit fury etc etc etc.

But its mainly to cover killer weaknesses for those that are slower then normal (huntress, hag, nurse, deathslinger, spirit) So i don't think it would be too abusurdly strong (Except perhaps in the case of spirit) and in the cases of killers who are already 115%, simply buffs them to 120%. thats not an incredible amount faster, and most people wouldn't truly feel one play with your food stack permanently is broken.

could remove bloodlust as its drawback or cap speed increases to 120% (meaning pwyf wouldn't work with it.) would be funny to see a nurse barrelling towards you at 115% speed towards you chasing normally.

Could be called swift hunt or something (i know thats a wraith addon but like hey it fits.)

Edit : Ok for the most part on a lot of killers it could be very strong. this wasn't meant to be a post of "they should add this" more so just a, "seeing a really fast huntress/nurse running towards you" would be kinda funny and be a completely different playstyle centering around chasing outside of power. I do still think that a permanent 5% movement speed increase, doing nothing else is much akin to a 20% healing debuff from sloppy butcher however. just saves time within a chase, instead of buying time outside of it. - honest opinion though being that i'd want more chase perks and i am in absolute agreement that this probably shouldn't be an actual perk, but that it would be genuinely really really fun to use. i disagree that it would be completely broken, just very strong, however at the same time im not asking for it to be added.

TBH i'd rather not see a 115 spirit, that would be terrifying, other than that I think current 110 killers would be fine. However I think 120 killers would be way too strong, imagine a 120 pyramid head or billy.

120% Wraith would be terrifying too, would catch up to you faster after uncloaking

It's too strong. 120% Oni would be harsh.

Can we buff deathslinger to 115% anyway?

I dont think you understand how important Movement Speed is. This would basically a dedicated Perk Slot for this Perk, there is no reason to not use it.

I don't think you can do that without breaking the game. I don't think any Killer except maybe Nurse would think twice about trading a measly perk slot for a permanent speed boost.

As much as I support speed boosting perks, it needs to be conditional to work. You can't just give Killers a permanent free speedboost. Or Survivors for that matter, exhaustion perks are extremely temporary with a long shared cooldown.

For some ideas. Here are all of the perk idea's I've posted that have a speed boost component. Each dot is a completely separate perk idea:

    • Start the trial with 3 tokens. Consume a token every time you strike a healthy Survivor. At exactly 3 tokens: Instantly down the Survivor. At exactly 2 tokens: You suffer no successful attack cooldown. At exactly 1 token: You receive a 5% movement speed bonus for 20/25/30 seconds.
    • Gain bloodlust 50/75/100% faster. Gain an additional 2% extra movement speed per tier of bloodlust.
    • Each time a Survivor is injured gain a token. When you down a Survivor lose all tokens and for each token you will move 1% faster for 20/30/40 seconds
    • For every Survivor not within 32 meters of another Survivor gain 1 charge per second. At 80 charges gain 3/4/5% increased movement speed. Downing a Survivor will reset your charges.
    • Each hooked survivor increases your movement speed by 5%. This effect is persists for 5/10/15 seconds after the survivor is unhooked. These effects are disabled if the hex totem is broken (this one's a hex perk)
    • For each totem remaining gain a 1% increase in movement speed up to a maximum bonus of 3/4/5%
    • Move 1% faster per injured survivor up to a maximum of 2/3/4% faster
    • Each time you injure a survivor gain a token up to a maximum of 4. Each time you down a survivor lose a token. Whenever you start a chase gain a 3% movement speed boost for 1 second per token up to a maximum of 4 seconds. Afterwards this perk goes on a 40/30/20 second cooldown.

New perk Idea, for each uncleansed totem a Survivor gets teleported to the hook inmediately, games using this perk will be balanced by playing against 5 Survivors.

As someone who love PWYF + Nemesis Bubba. This would break the game in an unimaginable level.

Also not making it work with PWYF? That's just hurting Bubbas soul. He wants ALL the speed. Though it still is game breaking.

I can see something like "increase your speed by 5% for 5 seconds when you get into a chase" but not a flat increase in speed

Billy at 120% would be busted.

Huntress, Spirit, and Death Slinger moving at 115% would also be very broken.

Play with your food basically allows you to do this, of course however you have to earn the tokens and can lose them. Which balances it out. Permanent speed boost would be busted.

OP -- no, no, no. Killers already have bloodlust. Any decent killer can catch up to a survivor. If they can't, they need to get gud.

During chases what's important is the difference in speed with survivors. From 10% to 15% is a 50% increase, from 15% to 20% is a 33% increase. That's too big of a difference for not having conditions like PWYF and Bloodlust.

All very good perk ideas. still kinda wanna see just like a base speed increase perk. doesn't mean it should be in the game by any means at all. just that i would love to see it and how it would effect 110% speed killers/115% speed killers.

though if i were to add onto your ideas, a perk that increased movement speed by 20% until your first chase/hit on a survivor in a match and then by 5% after a hook until you start a chase/get a hit would probably not be amiss (Except perhaps on stealth killers using it to bypass.) Extra map traversal speed and quicker first chases by allowing slower killers to patrol the map at the very beggining easier.

I think if it had a decent downside that came with the perk, it could work. The downside would have to be big enough so not every Killer could use it, though.

Use this Perk + Noed and you'll have a Trapper following you who moves at 124 %. Definitely not broken.
