Is this a bug that I should go to technical support or did I do something wrong?
So I was playing dead by daylight only last night and when I logged on today my Nancy and Kate seem to have unleveled; Nancy was level 41 and Kate was level 26 when i logged off. and when I logged on today they both went back down to 36 and 15. Also, my rank went from 6 with 2 lines last night, to 7 with no lines today.
Strangely, my Auric cells, Iridescent shards, Bloodpoints, outfits that were equipped, and quests are all the same as when i logged off last night.
I'm wondering if this is a bug that for some reason regressed character and rank progression, or if i did something that i'm not aware of that caused them to be regressed. if anyone can explain it to me that would help a lot.

It sounds like a server sync bug. Try restarting the platform you are on and then reload the game.

Someone had the same thing happen to them,yesterday I think. New bug seems like.
