If there was a Scooby doo chapter who would be the base survivor and what would their perks be?
I personally want shaggy but I wouldn't be surprised if they chose fred as the base survivor and made the rest of the gang legendary skins

They shouldn't be Legendary skins, they should just be skins with their own voice and name.
I feel this "Legendary" trend is going to be an excuse for them to make over priced skins and the community shouldn't reward them for a half assed job.

Shaggy would be too overpowered to be in the game, he'll probably have perks that will allow him to be able to use DS more then once, and one that will allow him to immediately recover from exhaustion.
Plus I heard that Shaggy use to be in the game but the Devs had to remove him.

Introducing scooby doo, a 105% movement speed survivor who can't throw down pallets. He can still vault pallets thrown by other people though

It's not really unheard of though as Scooby Doo crossed over with the show Supernatural and that wasn't exactly kid friendly.

I can tell you what Shaggy's killer power would be and what his base stats would be.
115% speed killer
tall
32/42 meter terror radius
Scooby-Doo Where Are You?: In your search for your best friend you have become obsessed. Through your own broken mind, the obsession switches ever 60 seconds or upon the obsession being hooked. upon entering your altered state you can see the obsession from up to 42 meters away (your own terror radius is increased from 32 meters to 42 meters). Furthermore you can see any other survivor that is within 16 meters of the obsession. you may not attack while in this state, transitioning between states takes 2 seconds. While transitioning you are slowed by 5%
OoO is not effected by the killers power and will stay as the obsession till hooked.
Obviously we can discuss number changes but the power idea is built like pre rework doctor but soley for information gathering. There are a lot of killers in this game who desperatley need to run information gathering perks since their powers are based on helping in chase. I would like to see more killers that are based in information gathering as their power and then use perks to help in chase instead.

The Killer would have to be the Miner Forty-Niner, or the Ghost of Mr. Hyde, or the Creeper, or the Black Knight, or the Space Kook, or Scooby.
If I could only pick one, it'd have to be Shaggy, and he'd have to say every time right as the game was starting, "I have a bad feeling about this, man." When he's in a match either at the start or when he's hooked he says "Scooby Doo, where are you? Boohoohoohoo."
If I could pick two it'd be Shaggy and Velma. Velma's a nerdy girl and we don't have a lot of turtleneck nerds out there. Cheryl is the only one I think. Shaggy would be the lankiest Survivor out there and it would be terrifying to any Killer that dares chase him.
