Why did it jump from 4.0.0 to 4.0.2 instead of 4.0.1?

Is there a reason to skip 4.0.1 its a perfectly good update number

    probably due to the size of the update... They combined 4.0.1 and 4.0.2

    I don't think they skipped it. AFAIK, 4.0.1 was the update where everyone got event exclusive cosmetics like David's donkey jacket, etc. It was a very controversial topic on the forums.

    Because some days after the 4.0.0 was out, an update was out for ps4 maybe there was a critical bug there

    That ps4 update was the 4.0.1, and here is when the new crown cosmetic icon was leaked.
