DBD killer perk idea: Never Light

Never Light:

Adds 1/2/2 more exit gates to the game. When a survivor attempts to exit through an additional exit gate, they will get into injured health state if they are healthy and the way will be blocked by the entity. You can see fake gates as red aura when exit gates are powered. If you open an exit gate, all fake exit gates get opened too and they will also apply wounded status effect that survivors can heal from for 20/15/10 seconds. You can only open real exit gates. When an exit gate is not yet open, survivors can see the aura of the exit gate as red within 6 meters if it is dangerous.


Counters it: Wake up, wake up only reveals real exit gates, Open handed extends the range at which survivors see fake gates from.

    Ok- Look.

    I understand what you're getting at here, but this won't work if this got added. (If anything, it might increase loading time...)

    You're trying to trick survivors in terms of faking the existence of their escape.

    But No. I don't think this should be added in, nor is it a really good idea.


    I get the touch of you trying to widen the usage of "Wake up" and "Open Handed" (To note, Open Handed doesn't work that way.)

    But it's you taking up a *WHOLE PERK SLOT* just to deal with a single perk. And even then, this perk is already giving you a warning when you get close that it's not the right gate.

    It's just for the endgame, which are by design, flawed, it does nothing to help killer other than to just say "LOL, wrong gate" to the survivors.
