The most evil Legion build

Thanataphobia/Blood Echo/Pop/BBQ

Usually, people refuse to heal against Legion because its so easy to be injured with Frenzy, which makes you very prone to being gen rushed at red ranks. So just run this build and they'll be clamoring for heals because its way too punishing to stay injured. Gives you a lot of slowdown.

I don't agree with running legion without a chasing perk at red ranks. If you hit a good team you are liable to get merc'd since after his/her first hit they are pure M1. Load into mount ormond or spingwood and your first free hit will be as worthless as wraith's since there will be about 6-7 safe pallets between you and a down.

No corrupt or discordance also leaves you open to multiple gens popping during your first chase, unless you are very familiar with spawn locations on every map.

I've been running the same build, except I use deathbound in place o BBQ.

It's a really good build indeed.

Thanataphobia, Dying Light, Hex: Ruin and BBQ with anything to make them mend for longer works for me.

I do Ruin instead of Pop and it's still brutal. It's Thana/Blood Echo that's the killer.

Here is my build that helped me go on a really long 4K streak at R1 a couple months ago.

Perks: PGTW, M&A, Sloppy Butcher and Corrupt Intervention.

Reasoning:Corrupt allows me some extra time at the beginning of the match to start my snowballing. Monitor allows me to get closer to Survivors without them knowing, which vastly increases my chances of getting either a normal attack or a Frenzy hit. Sloppy discourages healing, but I have found that Survivors will almost always try to heal once they figure out that I have M&A, it is too unpredictable. PGTW allows me to capitalize off of the easy downs.

Add-Ons: Defaced Smiley Pin and Stolen Sketch Book

Reasoning: The Defaced Smiley Pin allows me to apply Mangled without Sloppy, ensuring maximum time lost from the Survivors attempting to heal. Stolen Sketch Book allows me to hit more people with Frenzy, ensuring even more pressure and time lost.

TLDR; I use PGTW, M&A, Sloppy and Corrupt with the Defaced Smiley Pin and Stolen Sketch Book to maximize the good parts of Legion and help make his win condition less of a win condition more of a steamroll condition.

Agreed. Recently went against a Legion who was running Thana, Dying Light, and Coulrophobia. Coulrophobia came into play only when I was trying to heal myself, but I kid you not, I sat solo on a gen for 90 seconds and got half of it done. I was ready to find the Legion and just give up lmao. Even just having Thana alone is punishing, but coupled with Dying Light? Wanted to cry.

There are only 4 real chase perks in the game for most killers. Enduring, brutal strength, bamboozle, and spirit fury. Spirit fury is worthless without enduring. Enduring is good for pallet heavy maps.

Bamboozle is good for dealing with particularly strong pallets (jungle gyms, shack, cow tree, etc) and some god-windows. Brutal strength is just all-around good. It comes down to personal preference. I usually use bamboozle since legion can vault after people and then block the window with it.

1 shot killers can use play with your food+nemesis, but legion isn't one of them.

I would replace Thana and Blood Echo with Dark Devotion and Forced Penance. Dark Devotion actually screws with survivors really easily, and Forced Penance is ridiculously easy to proc with Legion in particular. So easy, in fact, that the game sometimes doesnt have a concrete name for a Forced Penance proc.
