Do offerings get burned if someone dc's during loading screen?

Does anyone's offering gets used if someone dc's during the loading screen? I.e. does the offering of the person who dc's gets burned, and do the offerings of all other players get burned?

Offerings are given back to your inventory if a match doesn't start.

I haven't been getting my offerings back when someone DCs during the loading screen. I don't know if it's been happening to other people, but it's taken mine and not given them back ;;
