Proposed change effective immediately - Survivors are limited to 10 fast vault charges
Survivors have a maximum of 10 fast vault charges allotted to them every match. Fast vaulting uses up one charge.
While in a chase survivors regenerate fast vault charges at a rate of 1 every 5 seconds. If a survivor is hit, the charges replenish completely. Outside of a chase fast vault charges regenerate at 1 every 3 seconds. When a survivor becomes exhausted the charges immediately replenish.
After the charges are used up, only medium and slow vaults are possible until another fast vault charge is regenerated.

I was sort of joking at first, trying to draw attention to how survivors aren't really nerfed, but could be, except this is how it would be done. Looks like a nerf, but isn't.
But you got me thinking about it actually. Even if at base this wouldn't impact them much, if the killer had perks to reduce those charges or reduce the rate they regenerate at, it could be effective.

I'm not sure if you are making fun of the devs for adding charges to everything, making fun of billy mains that are way to much overreacting on a nerf that will barelly matter or both
