Offerings Not Working

Had this happen last night and tonight. Went to use a white ward to protect my good toolbox and adds, %100 had the offering equipped but when the offerings got burnt mine was not there and I lost my toolbox. Anyone else have this problem recently I’m on PS4

have this problem consistently on pc. first few matches always work for my offerings and then afterward its on and off. really annoying

Don't change characters on the waiting room, if you do set your offering again.
It goes for both killer and survivor
