Can we talk about how crappy the support of Dbd is?
Trying to contact support to talk about more information about my "incident", a friend of me was asking about some things I didnt know so I asked the support about that. The support is just closing my ticket without any answer.
I used the section "information about my ban" so it is actually the right place to ask that.
Imagine these ppl are not just too lazy trying to help a customer, they are also getting payed for doing this.
Kinda sad to see how BHVR changed from a small grp of guys with amazing ideas to a company that just dont care about anything.

Ok one thing that you’ve forgotten you are not the only person who plays DBD.And secondly they get tons upon tons of tickets a day.Chill complaining and making a thread about it won’t help your case get solved.

First my case cant get solved, I just asked about some simple informations.
Secondly my ticket got closed, that means they are activly disableing my request so noone can see or answer to it.

Do you even understand what he means? He means that he wanted information about his Ban, But BHVR team support didnt care about his problem, they just straight close the ticket, Are we just numbers for them? If something happens, i dont care how much tickets they have everyday, they are there to solve problems, thats their job, not mine, and also if you dont understand a topic, just dont comment on it. Do you not understand what a ban is?.If a user is issued a ban and the staff don’t respond back.It should obviously stay that way I’ve seen people that tried doing this many times on the forums trying to act innocent from something that they did.And probably did something against the tos trust me I’ve seen many come and go eventually the person gives in and admits that they were guilty of breaking the rules.

I know his story, he made a post long time ago, and actually his ban makes no sense, Its a completely mistake from BHVR showing that they dont even care about players who spend a lot of time in this game, and also shows me that they dont even know there own rules, because "The rule" never was clear, as well the fact that you are ignoring his Question "Did you had any similar situations??", So if you have no clue about his story, and you are not answering his quest, just dont say anything.

You do realize that his account is over a month old, my first post about this issue has kinda the same age so yes, he was able to read and see my first post about that.
Also I wonder why you are still trying to play the thicc headed guy without any reason?
*Edit: He is also right, why are you keep discussing about something that is not even about the post? I asked if you have any simiular sitation, if you are not refering about my topic then stop responding and keep discussing about meaningless things pls.
