Rework Freddy
We all know that the people who licensed you freddy were mad he was bad. So you broke him to appeal to those guys. Fine, but make borrowed time work on camping freddy's? Like its supposed to stop camping but you let freddy do it. Automatic dream world and super fast being put back in dream world.

What a dumb theory. Why would you assume a bunch of lawyers know or care at all about the game mechanics? This type of licensing primarily revolves around fees and revenue sharing; whatever contract Behaviour agreed to probably included stipulations around the character's presentation (specificity around his appearance and that it applies only to the character as he was portrayed in the 2010 remake etc.), and some degree of sign-off by relevant stakeholders. There's not a snowball's chance in hell that they care one whit about game mechanics, though. I don't even understand how you can think this.

if freddy sucks they arent making money off the DLC. So they need to break him so they can make money off of him

Just wake up before doing the unhook and don't do it literallyin his face. It's not hard and if he's face camping just do gens. Even if it's not a Freddy, just do gens and let the guy on the hook buy time for 2 minutes.
The only hard part is realizing that they are being camped in the first place. But otherwise just don't do unsafe hooks ffs.

And all i got since the cakes being fixed its camping bubbas. He can down both the hooked plus the saver full health. Ppl will try hard on this event for points, same killers will just camp and tunnel to get the most out of bloodpoints. Some will distance away enough to bait the unhook.
You can counter that by playing in a team of 4. If the killer its camping one of them the rest of the team must rush the generators.

OP is actually going off BUT his heart is in the right place:
Freddy needs reworked.
here is the two BIGGEST problems:
1) The fact that Freddy can now appear in the real world and drag people in not only contradicts his ability from the movie cause he just can't do that, it's overpowered. Before his rework it was the one saving grace he had-the fact that he couldn't harm you as long as you were awake. That's his shtick. By letting him make contact with survivors who are awake just by being close you violate his lore and take away that saving grace. Instead change it so that the sleep points that people have to make them enter the dream world accrue faster while closer to him.
36 Meters: 1/Normal points/sec
24 Meters: 2 points/sec
12 Meters: 3 points/sec
8 Meters: 4 points/sec
This will be a passive effect that allows Freddy to stalk while also encouraging survivors to run from him.
2) Being able to pull survivors in passively AND Basic Attack them to pull them into the Dream World BOTH is too OP. When he was reworked either change would have been acceptable, but both is too much.
