Is it like a merge or something like how does it work, because I have many items I payed for on ps4 and would love to have them on pc ;(.

    Same here

    I know they've said it is coming but I have a LOT of friends who play PC gaming and I would love to trick th...er, convince them that DBD is super fun and they should all play with me! But I'm not going to get the game on PC and start everything all over again.

    We don’t even know for certain that cross progression will be a thing..

    only cross-play is confirmed as of now.

    If they DO end up implementing cross progression, I doubt it will be bidirectional.

    What I mean is, you'll likely only be able to move one direction (from console to PC, or vice versa) and that's it. Much like GTAV did with it's cross generation ports.

    I could be wrong though - but I do know Sony and Microsoft make it very, very difficult for cross progression to be bidirectional on non-first-party games.

    its actually technically already set up in the coding, so it could be out very soon, they just have to talk to sony and others.
